          Rotary Valve Dense Phase Conveying

          Suitable for plastic pellets which has fiber content or has higher requirement of particle breakage rate. The material should has good air permeability, good flowability and bulk density less than 0.8g/cm3, and conveying distance shorter than 200m.

          Technical advantages

          ★ Based on intelligent ACU, minimizing air consumption, energy saving 20%, reduce 8% of pipe wear and tear, reduce 9% of material damage.
          ★ Can adapt to a wide range of fluctuations in throughput and conveying distance changes (for example: one point to multipoint feeding, between 20m to 200m).

          Blow Tank Dense Phase Conveying

          Suitable for dry powder and granulates that have good flowability, with even particle size but abrasive.

          Internal Pass Dense Phase Conveying

          Suitable for powder, like PTA, that has good flowability, with even particle size but very poor air permeability.
